Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN

Location: Folsom Rehabilitation and Care Center, Cullman, Alabama

Pay:

1. $24-$32/hr depending on experience

Schedule:

1. PRN

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
3. Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition.
4. Support multidisciplinary care plans to meet resident needs.
5. Provide compassionate interaction with residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
6. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Active LPN license in the state of practice.
2. Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
5. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
