Your Role

• Conduct regular maintenance and necessary repairs on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions to ensure seamless operations.
• Accurately record all maintenance and repair work.
• Work closely with team members to streamline processes and boost service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Must handle moving up to 50 pounds.
• Acclimate to a workshop environment with constant exposure to potentially risky metalworking machines, loud noises, dust, mist, oils, and solvents.
• Uncompromising adherence to all safety standards.
• Deliver stellar customer service and assistance to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent—one-year certificate or associate degree in industrial technology program recommended.
• Two years' successful experience as an industrial technician or similar capacity; exposure to repair centers or Network Operations Centers beneficial.
• Strong foundation in mechanical and electrical components.
• Proficient in interpreting readings on micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
• Skilled in reading technical documents and schematics.
• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for flexible hours and on-call situations.
