Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Opelika, AL 36801 — Onsite
Salary: $63,000 – $95,000 / yr
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Client: Golden State Foods
Must-Haves- Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders, rapid response to production breakdowns, and compliance with safety and productivity standards
- Schedule, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance for production machinery, support equipment, and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and meet production schedules
- Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 10-20 employees, fostering skill development and teamwork
- Review and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation to plan maintenance work
- Identify and resolve anomalies or irregularities in equipment performance
