Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of projects from the ground up through completion — including new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and rebuilds. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can balance multiple priorities, maintain clear communication with clients, and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of ground-up, renovation, and rebuild projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes in collaboration with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Manage and coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Review and approve submittals, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and internal staff.
• Monitor financial performance and job cost reporting to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead project meetings and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and field staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven success managing ground-up, renovation, and rebuild projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
