As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspector in Graysville, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a secure environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, following site protocols for access control, credential checks, and visitor processing.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and assist with traffic flow and vehicle presence at the location as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
