2nd Shift Painter

**Job Title:** Painter **Pay:** 25-35/hr **Description:** Seeking a Painter with 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial new construction. You will be based in Albertville. All work Is based out of one site. **Responsibilities:** - Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers - Paint interior walls, and other surfaces - Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas - Mask, prepare, and protect surfaces - Apply paint with speed and precision - Install kitchen and bath cabinets, cabinet doors, and countertops - Use various hand and power tools - And MORE! **Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years' experience in skilled painting work on commercial or residential new build - Experience with paint prep, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and finishing - Ability to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player - Skilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships **Location:** - Albertville, MN **Benefits:** - Start-up opportunity in a brand new 180,000 square ft facility - 4 10/hr day or night schedule - PTO/Holiday, 401k plus match - Opportunity to grow and mentor a team - Brand new company-supplied tools **Work Schedule/Environment:** - Monday - Thursday o Second Shift: 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (optional OT Friday) - This is an on-site Carpentry opportunity. No site-to-site work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Albertville, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
