IAC is currently seeking 3rd Color Coordinator. Local company located in Anniston; they manufacture interior auto components (door panels, trim, instrument panels).

Color Coordinator 3rd shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.80 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (Monday through Saturday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)

• Perform Daily walk through at start and end of shift to verify all presses for resin and color.
• Marking sure all resin is ready for startups and setup for startups at start of next shift.
• Clean the work area-perform line clearings.
• See what all mold changes and color changes are going to happen in your day.
• Start staging and checking all dryers so changeovers flow more smoothly.
• During a changeover all previous material must be removed and returned to the materials crib properly labeled and weights on them.
• Blenders and hoppers cleaned for next material, also make sure all material is cleaned off the back of the press and from around the blender and off the entire floor.
• If purge compound is needed get it ready to be loaded and start purging out the barrel on the press, if purge compound is needed to be ran threw the mold get with process tech to purge the mold.
• Get next material ready to be loaded if dried, if not dried blender loaded and ready to be turned on and labeled properly.

Color Coordinator 3rd shift Qualifications:

• High school diploma/ GED preferred
• stand 10+ hours
• Previous Injection Molding experience
• Overtime required and mandatory

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
