Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 05:00pm )

• Industrial Painter is responsible for the precise application of specialized industrial-grade coatings, such as epoxies and urethanes, designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and harsh chemicals.
• This role operates within a warehouse environment and requires proficiency in various application methods, including spraying, brushing, and rolling.
• Applying specialized industrial-grade coatings, including epoxies and urethanes, to surfaces.
• * Utilizing various application techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.*
• Ensuring coatings are applied to specifications for resistance against extreme weather and harsh chemicals.*
• Performing necessary surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, grinding) before coating application.
• * Operating grinding equipment as required for surface preparation.
• Maintaining a high standard of quality control for all painted surfaces.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Initial training schedules may vary (e.g., Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM).

Painter Qualifications:

• Experience with paint preparation (prep work)
• Experience operating grinding equipment. Possession of own steel-toe boots.
• Dress Code: Jeans T-shirt Steel-toe shoes
• Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Painter.
• Proficiency in applying industrial-grade coatings using spray, brush, and roller methods.
• Familiarity with specialized coating types, including epoxies and urethanes.
