Toll Attendant (Part Time)
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Toll Attendant for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Toll Attendant Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect toll payments from motorists using cash, card, or electronic systems, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Provide clear directions and courteous assistance to drivers, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Monitor traffic flow through toll lanes and ensure efficient vehicle movement.
• Reconcile cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records at the end of each shift.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or lane issues to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.

Toll Attendant Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate payment processing.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with the public.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.

Full-time, temporary
