Role Overview

This opportunity is for licensed psychiatrists who want to develop or grow their private practice. About You

• You are a fully licensed psychiatrist with a DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , a valid NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
• You want to start or expand your private practice while maintaining control over your schedule, client load, and work environment.
• We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: MD / DO.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, granting you total autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload.
• Currently, Headway cannot support mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If your application was rejected due to incomplete licensure, you are welcome to reapply once you have obtained a valid license.
