Snelling is currently hiring for a positive-minded Customer Inside Sales Representative for one of our fun and well-established clients in the Trussville area. Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:

• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email and text.
• Handle inbound, prospect calls and convert into sales.
• Take orders over the phone and via email from clients.
• Creates purchase orders, quotes prices, and helps outside salespeople with research on items customers are looking for
• Establish friendly relations with existing customers and establish new customers.

Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an Inside Sales role; with a manufacturing company a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Microsoft Word & Excel preferred
• Hungry and resilient individual looking to build a career in sales
• Effective problem solver and someone who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
