Each agent will handle 30-40 calls per day. Calls will typically last around 15 minutes. This is not a scripted call center - they will be talking from owners that the company owes money to. Will be expected to think analytically as each conversation is not the same.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of call center experience, taking inbound or making outbound calls (heavy volume preferred)
- Any experience talking to business owners
- Experience handling calls in Oil & Gas, Power/Energy, or Utility industries
- Any experience providing customer support, collections, technical support, etc.
Schedule
Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 5pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
