About the Role
Pages Staffing is a staffing and recruiting firm filling a Benefits Specialist opening with a client in the Alexander City, AL area. You'll help employees enroll in and understand their benefits from start to finish.
What You'll Do
• Guide employees through enrolling in health and supplemental plans.
• Answer everyday questions on coverage, eligibility, and deadlines.
• Process elections and keep records accurate.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve enrollment issues.
What We're Looking For
• Customer-facing or HR/benefits experience helpful.
• Patient, clear communicator with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning benefits software.
