Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
- Sales: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance clients' coverage and meet their evolving needs.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.
Requirements- Must be Licensed for Property & Casualty ~or~ be willing to obtian your state Property & Casualty before employment. The Hadder Agency
offers a full licensing cost reimbursement after the full completion of the training period.
