What You’ll Do

1. Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
2. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
3. Record vital signs and observe changes in condition
4. Communicate with nurses and care team
5. Maintain dignity, respect, and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
2. Long-term care experience preferred but not required
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. Dependable and compassionate
