Location: Alabama (Must be able to travel between 4 full-service locations)

The Role
This is not a desk job.
As Restaurant Operations Manager, you’ll spend at least 80% of your time on the floor during service across all four locations—working shoulder-to-shoulder with managers and staff to uphold the highest standards in food, service, cleanliness, and culture.
You’ll be the critical link between ownership and operations, ensuring consistency, profitability, and an atmosphere that reflects our core values. Real-time problem solving, coaching, and holding team members accountable will be part of your daily routine.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and coach managers and staff across multiple locations, setting clear expectations aligned with company standards
Maintain an active, visible presence throughout shifts
Identify operational challenges as they happen and address them immediately with clear, respectful communication
Drive consistent execution of food, beverage, and hospitality standards down to every detail
Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and mutual respect—addressing issues directly and swiftly
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management, including timely and candid feedback
Monitor financial metrics and partner with leadership to improve profitability without compromising standards
Be a culture carrier, modeling the high standards and work ethic you expect from your team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations
Multi-unit management experience is a plus but not required—your leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail matter most
