Job Overview:
The Mortgage Home Loan Direct Center Phone Representative works within the Home Loan Direct Center, making outbound phone calls to engage existing and potential customers. Qualified leads are referred to a Mortgage Loan Officer for further discussion of mortgage products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to existing and potential customers.
• Communicate information concerning current loans and determine future financing needs for mortgage products.
• Discuss Regions products and services with customers.
• Meet or exceed production goals by converting leads into qualified referrals resulting in closed mortgage loans.
• Use effective sales and outbound telephone techniques to build client relationships and uncover product and service needs.
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to marketing and compliance guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months of experience in customer service, sales, banking, or a related field.

Preferences:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• One (1) year of experience in a sales-related field.

• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with internal and external customers.

Pay Range: $16 - $17
