What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As our Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Shipping & Receiving: Seamlessly handle incoming and outgoing freight, managing everything from small parcel packages to large LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments.

• Inventory Counting: Keep our numbers tight and accurate with regular inventory cycles and counts.

• Forklift Operation: Safely navigate the warehouse to move, stack, and stage materials.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Pitch in on daily cleaning and organizing to keep our environment safe and efficient.

• Team Player Tasks: Flex your skills and help out with other duties as assigned to keep the team winning.

️ What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. You can communicate clearly and effectively in both languages.

• Forklift Experience: Previous forklift experience is required (if you have reach truck/reacher experience, you’re at the top of our list!).

• Detail-Oriented: You know that a single digit can throw off an entire shipment, so you double-check your work.

• Reliable & Driven: You show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude.

• Physically Capable: Comfortable standing for long periods, bending, and lifting packages as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:
