What You’ll Be Doing

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the team and create an environment where both employees and customers thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service.
• Leading and motivating team members to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
• Managing schedules, inventory, and supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
• Upholding our quality standards and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of Eugene’s Hot Chicken.

What We’re Looking For
