**Job Responsibilities**
Team Leadership:
+ Recruit, select, and manage talent.
+ Foster a culture of teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
+ Develop leadership skills in Supervisors.
+ Ensure adequate resources to meet service expectations.
+ Build strong relationships with brand leaders.
Collaboration and Service:
+ Act as the primary contact for regional leaders.
+ Handle critical escalations and local leadership questions.
+ Collaborate with the National Operations Center leadership team on interdependencies.
+ Work with finance and accounting to improve practices.
+ Ensure team performance against KPIs.
Operational Oversight:
+ Ensure all escrow support tasks are completed accurately and timely.
+ Monitor workflow dashboards to maintain up-to-date task lists without overdue items.
+ Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, tax certificates, HOA certificates, surveys, payoff statements, and lien releases.
+ Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all real estate transactions.
Risk Management:
+ Identify and assess risks associated with escrow transactions.
+ Implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement:
+ Design and optimize processes.
+ Drive standardization and adherence to processes.
+ Gain efficiencies through automation, outsourcing, and cross-training.
+ Develop controls to mitigate operational risk.
+ Use feedback to continuously improve service.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in escrow support or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
+ Multi-State experience in real estate transaction processing and customer service.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
+ Proficiency in using escrow and real estate software systems.
+ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
+ Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands effectively.
