We’re seeking a Timecard Verification Coordinator to work at a premier auto manufacturer in Lincoln, AL. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay : $20.00/hr

Hours: 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday

This position is ONSITE in Lincoln, AL Must be able to commute to Lincoln, AL

Estimated Amount of Overtime: 5-10 hours weekly (paid time and a half)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Timecard accuracy

• Training of TVCs or delegates

• Addressing time and accruals issues with TVCs

• Complete understanding Company Global and local Policy as related to time and accruals

• Direct communication with Managers and other Departments

• Reporting using Excel and Power Point

Required Skills:

· 1+ year in a Time and Attendance field

· Excellent Communication

· Time Management

· UKG or Kronos time system experience

· 3+ years in a professional environment

· Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

· Automotive or manufacturing experience a plus

Overtime to be expected Estimated Amount of Overtime: 5 - 10 hours weekly during peak processing timeframes. Holiday work expected
