Our flagship program, Ignite: Passive Income, provides clients with a clear, actionable roadmap to grow their income and reach financial independence. Through personalized 1:1 coaching, expert guidance, and access to a supportive community, we ensure that our clients have everything they need to succeed.

But we can't do it without you. Our proven program is in high demand, and we need more dedicated professionals to help guide new clients toward financial freedom.

Your Role: Enrollment Advisor

As an Enrollment Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to guide them through our personalized enrollment process and ensure they're a great fit for our program. Here's what you'll be doing:

Qualify leads to determine if our program aligns with their goals.
Conduct strategy sessions, teaching our proven financial freedom formula.
Present our program as the ideal solution for their financial goals.
Close deals effectively, typically within one or two calls (45-60 minutes each).
You'll be selling our PIOs (Passive Income Operating System) Accelerator, a high-value program designed to set our clients up for long-term success.

Who You'll Be Talking To

The individuals you'll be speaking with are highly motivated and committed to achieving financial freedom. They're family-focused and value legacy over short-term gains. They're looking for real, lasting change—not a get-rich-quick scheme. Most of your leads will be inbound, pre-booked, and have already shown interest in our program through marketing or referrals.

What We're Looking for in You

Proven Sales Experience: You should have at least 2+ years of success in a high-ticket, short-cycle sales role, such as phone sales, door-to-door, SaaS, online training, or similar fields.
Strong Communication Skills: You love listening to people and uncovering their challenges, especially when it comes to finances.
Passion for Closing Deals: You thrive on making offers, overcoming objections, and navigating the "I need to think about it" phase to successfully close sales.
Goal-Oriented: You're driven to succeed and excited about earning uncapped commissions.
Self-Starter Mentality: You take ownership of your results and are eager to hit sales targets consistently.
Strong Work Ethic: You show up early, stay late, and do whatever it takes to close deals.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales (ideally with a proven track record in high-ticket sales)
Strong closing skills and the ability to manage a clean sales process
Self-motivated and ready to work in a remote, flexible environment
A passion for helping people and achieving financial freedom
