**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with access control duties at entrances and exits of the retail location, verifying credentials and monitoring visitor activity.
+ Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing support during emergencies as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
+ Communicate with clients, staff, and emergency responders in a professional and courteous manner when necessary.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
