Key Responsibilities

• Consult with pre-qualified clients on their insurance and legacy planning needs

• - Recommend suitable coverage and guide decisions

• - Manage the sales cycle using our warm lead system and proven processes

• - Build lasting client relationships for renewals and referrals

• - Stay sharp through our training on industry trends and products

Qualifications

• Active Life and/or Health Insurance License (required) - licensing support/guidance available for strong candidates

• Must be a currently licensed insurance agent and a U.S. resident (required) - no exceptions

• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• - Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed

• - Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• - Sales background a plus, but we train motivated individuals
