Position Summary Step into a steady, full-time pharmacy role where your certification and compounding experience will be valued every day. Join a respected pharmacy environment in Daphne, Alabama supporting medication preparation, non-sterile compounding, and safe dispensing workflows in a clean, organized setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies using appropriate techniques Support non-sterile compounding activities based on established procedures and supervision requirements Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to ensure accurate dosing and quantities Follow legal, regulatory, and safety requirements Help with inventory management (ordering, receiving, checking, storing medications and supplies) Maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy workspace and keep areas audit-ready Complete additional duties as assigned by the manager or Pharmacist in Charge Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to perform basic pharmaceutical calculations Ability to work on-site in Daphne, AL Education & Experience
Current Certified Pharmacy Technician license 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience Compounding experience required (non-sterile; sterile experience not required)
