If so, we are looking for licensed, highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team.As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, youll utilize your in-depth knowledge and sales skills to consult retired seniors on the most beneficial Medicare Life and Health Plans that best suit their specific needs. We believe that this chapter should be exciting and rewarding, and we work hard to ensure that finding the right Medicare plan that suits their needs is a quick and easy process. This way, they can relax knowing their healthcare is taken care of. Our Medicare Sales Representatives offer individual health plan products and services in a field setting. Some of our additional products include: Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Major Medical, and more.
When your working with clients, there are two pathes your potential clients will need to consider:
- Original Medicare + a supplemental policy and a Part D drug plan
- Medicare Advantage
Our licensed sales agents understand what comes with each path, and as they get to know you, they can make a recommendation in your best interest.
Medicare education - Medicare can be confusing. You can read about the Medicare program for hours and hours, and you may have a pretty solid understanding of how it works. But our Medicare brokers stay up-to-date on continuing education, we know Medicare rules and regs (which change constantly), and we live and breathe Medicare every day. A simple error like missing your 6-month Medigap Open Enrollment period could mean youll never be accepted for Medigap coverage, and if you can get approved, you may have a much higher rate for the rest of your life.
The ability to searching multiple companies - Our agents offer more than just one medicare provider, in fact we setup to sell 5 of the best medicare providers in Alabama and all sorrounding states. We can look up rates for almost any company offering any given plan. As an example, Medicare Supplement plan benefits are standardized, so if you like the Plan G benefit design, you can shop rates from every company that offers it. Why pay more than you need to? You dont have to when you work with a licensed sales agent.
Rate watchdogs - Our agents are rate watchdogs. We watch rate increases, which inevitably come for everyone. If theres a big rate increase on the horizon and your premium is about to increase past your comfort level, well shop the market to see if we can move you to a more competitive plan. Why pay more than you need to? You dont have to when you work with a licensed sales agent.
Benefit clarity - Did you see a commercial from a well-known company? Are you curious about all these extra benefits they talked about? Lean on us for clarification. We offer insurance plans from dozens of companies and can provide clarity on whats really being offered.
