We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver high-quality healthcare services and promote the well-being of our patients.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients

- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed

- Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive healthcare measures and healthy lifestyle choices

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Athenahealth)

- Adhere to medical office standards and protocols to ensure quality care delivery

- Provide behavioral health support and counseling to patients as needed

- Participate in utilization management activities to optimize healthcare resources

- Provide occupational health services, including pre-employment physicals and screenings

Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]

- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner

- Minimum [2] years of experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner

- Experience working with children of all ages is preferred

- Proficiency in airway management and ICU or ER experience is a plus
