About the Role:
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing office environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing office resources, and supporting financial processes to maintain organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will coordinate office activities, manage records, and facilitate communication across departments to support production and operational goals. By leveraging expertise in SAP ERP and office management, the Office Manager will optimize workflows and contribute to a productive workplace culture. Ultimately, this role ensures that administrative and financial operations align seamlessly with the company’s manufacturing objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems with practical knowledge of accounts payable and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in records management and general office administration.
- Ability to manage appointment schedules and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in business administration or related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry setting.
- Advanced training or certification in SAP ERP modules related to finance and administration.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience supervising administrative staff or managing office teams.
Responsibilities:

- Utilize SAP ERP to support and streamline office and financial processes, including accounts payable and bookkeeping activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with accounts payable to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Supervise office administration tasks, including supply management, vendor relations, and compliance with company policies.
