Genesis Technical & Industrial Staffing is seeking experienced Scaffold Builders and Lead Scaffold Builders for fast-paced industrial and shipyard projects. This role involves the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.

Location: Mobile, AL
Pay: $18+/hour DOE
Position Overview
Scaffold Builders will assist with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. Insulation work will also follow during the project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems
- Follow blueprints, job specifications, and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Support insulation work as required during project phases
- Lead and supervise crews (Lead positions only)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of scaffold building experience preferred
- Experience does not need to be extensive
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow job-site procedures
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials 50+ lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding at varying heights
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and reach throughout the workday
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in industrial environments for long shifts
Work Schedule & Details:
- 10–12 hour shifts
- 20+ hours of overtime available
- Fast-paced, hands-on industrial environment

- FR Clothing
