We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Services Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their cases and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
What You'll Do:- Client Engagement: Promptly contact clients upon receiving live transfers from our intake department.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and follow up to confirm attendance.
- Documentation: Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation (LOR) to insurance companies.
- Case Management: Maintain organized case files for 2-3 weeks, ensuring all necessary actions are completed efficiently.
- Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote the firm's services to all clients.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is required.
- Customer Support Background: strong track record of providing top tier customer service is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized case files.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
