Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Arab, AL

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background and excellent troubleshooting skills. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of equipment and tools
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification in mechanical or electrical maintenance is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed
