- Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts
- Pay Range: $26.00–$32.50/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
- Extras: Shift differential & full benefits

🩺 Position Overview: LPN (Day Shift)
As a Day Shift LPN , you’ll provide direct nursing care, support resident recovery, and collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and therapy teams to ensure the highest standard of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Support rehabilitation goals alongside the therapy team
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
🧾 Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required
