TMS Technician – Crestview, FL

Anchor Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dependable TMS Technician to join our growing mental health team. This position will primarily be based in Daphne, AL. Initial training will take place at our Pensacola office.

This position involves providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy to patients under the supervision of our psychiatric providers.

TMS is a non-invasive treatment commonly used for depression and other mental health conditions. The TMS Technician plays an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their treatment journey.

This is a highly patient-focused position with regular one-on-one interaction in a professional outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments under provider supervision
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment prior to patient appointments
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions for safety and comfort
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Communicate patient concerns or changes to providers appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of TMS equipment
• Assist with scheduling, treatment coordination, and prior authorizations as needed
• Provide education and support to patients regarding the treatment process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to work closely with patients in a mental health setting
• Comfortable learning medical equipment and treatment protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical office, psychology, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Training

Paid training and TMS certification are provided on-site. No prior TMS experience is required for the right candidate.

Candidates should be comfortable completing initial training in Pensacola before beginning work in Crestview.

Schedule

Full-time preferred, though we are open to candidates available 3–4 full days per week.
