Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.75 to $22.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 03:00am )

• Experience required

Shift:

1st shift hours- 5:00am - 3:30pm for $18.75 hr

2nd shift hours- 3:30pm - 2:30am for $22.25 hr

• Work with various heavy machinery, power hand tools and equipment

• Form and/or cut materials into predesignated shapes and sizes, working with sheet metal, various structural materials, forming, drilling, seaming

• Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely

• Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments, following all OSHA pre-checks and inspections

• Make general decisions as to quality, tolerances, and operation sequence

• Follow all safety rules and practices

• Other job duties as assigned

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in any:

- Operating/welding fabrication shop /Metals shop

- Using heavy power tools to cut press

- Drill

- Industrial painters

- Fabrication

- CNC machine operators

- Overhead cranes

- Driving/operating medium to heavy equipment

• Not required. but would be an advantage if you are proficient in read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements

• Ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance

• Ability to stand throughout the day, climb on/off equipment and lift materials in excess of 50 pounds regularly

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
