Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $24 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Steel Erector:

• Work from elevated steel structures and follow all fall-protection protocols
• Connect and secure steel components safely and efficiently
• Interpret drawings and understand joist and deck erection processes
• Perform quality checks on all completed work before sign-off
• Arrive on time daily and work productively as part of a crew

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steel Erector or Ironworker preferred
• Strong knowledge of steel connections, joists, and decking
• Must own required tools: wrenches, bolt bag, and fall protection harness
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work with precision
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
