WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS THE STUDIO MANAGER ENTAIL?
The typical schedule will be Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed.
As the Studio Manager, you will wear many hats and have a diverse range of responsibilities. From running sales reports and managing staff to overseeing community outreach and social media, you will play a crucial role in driving membership, retention, and event planning. Your main focus will be on meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales targets through strategic initiatives such as in-club lead generation and member referrals. With the support of the franchise owner and support team, you'll exemplify strong leadership qualities and build lasting relationships with both prospective and current members. Your ability to juggle sales, marketing, and operations while creating an energetic communal experience will be key to ensuring the success of our studio.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of fitness membership or similar recurring membership services sales experience
- 2 years of previous management experience
- Ability to generate personal sales and train team members on sales processes
- Ability to manage and grow four revenue streams, including memberships, package sales, retail, and fees
- Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management software
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
