Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support students within a K-12 educational setting located in Vance, AL. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply behavior analysis principles in a school environment, collaborating with educators and staff to enhance student learning and behavioral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct ABA therapy and support to students with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to implement effective strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals or support staff in behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to ensure compliance and measure outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
