Become a part of something IMPACT\-ful\! Ground Missile Defense \(GMD\) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation's defense against ballistic missile attacks\.
The GMD Weapon System \(GWS\) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat\.
**The Work:**
The Acquisition/Logistics Mgmt\. Analyst Sr is a professional who uses their specialized knowledge to provide provisioning for NGC programs that will help to ensure the provisioning requirements are being addressed and accomplished\. They will work with other ILS personnel, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Publications teams, and Government Provisioner's to develop logistics Product Data \(LPD\)\. They must understand the various aspects of provisioning, engineering technical drawings, and maintenance concepts in order to support the ILS team\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Or a Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing or a closely related field\.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
- Experience in MS Office suite\.
- Experience in leadership, critical thinking, and innovative behaviors in supply chain projects or roles\.
- Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret clearance
- US Citizenship is required\.
**Desired Skills:**
- Extensive experienced with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\.
- Experience managing suppliers through the following: cost/schedule/quality\.
- Professional experience in a regulated industry; to include Aerospace & Defense, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications\.
- Experience with Critical Path Management, FAR and DFARS\.
- Experience with Government purchasing and contracting\.
- Experience communicating written and verbally in a global supply chain working environment\.
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
