Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible, positive approach and commitment to student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely documentation
- Deliver therapy services individually and in groups as needed
- Track outcomes and adjust interventions to promote student achievement
