Position: Field Laborer
This is more than just a jobits a starting point for a long-term career in the skilled trades. You'll work alongside experienced crews, gain valuable skills, and be part of projects that make a real impact.
What You'll Gain
- Paid, hands-on trainingno experience needed
- Travel opportunities across job sites -- with Per Diem (up to $1,000 per week)
- Competitive pay and career advancement potential -- Up to $22/hr. (depending on experience)
- Exposure to specialized construction and foundation work
What Youll Do
- Assist with daily construction site activities
- Work with crews on foundation and bridge-related projects
- Operate tools and equipment (training provided)
- Travel to job sites and work as part of a close-knit team
- Learn industry skills that can lead to advancement opportunities
What Were Looking For
- 2026 high school graduate (or GED)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
