Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a compassionate and experienced Travel Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Tuscaloosa, AL for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with multiple and/or significant disabilities
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Supervise and support instructional assistants in carrying out student programs and accommodations
- Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the educational team
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active Alabama Special Education teaching certification for grades K–12
- Experience supporting students with disabilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to meeting the individual needs of every student
