**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate authorities or management.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
+ Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports on all patrols, incidents, and observations during the shift.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
