Medical Records Review Analyst

**Job Family** **:** Medical Records **Travel Required** **:** None **Clearance Required** **:** None **What You Will Do** **:** + Perform daily review for completion of manually entered physician deficiencies. + Monitoring incomplete/deficiency reports to assist in timely record completion by the physicians and other providers as appropriate, including monitoring of Deficiency Rejection and Discharge Validation Reports. + Daily review of discharges to ensure validation. + Generate listing of physicians not in compliance with incomplete/delinquency standards. + Communicate with providers and notify providers of incomplete records that have been assigned for completion. + Monitor weekly provider letter distribution for accuracy and timeliness. + Other duties as assigned. **What You Will Need** **:** + Associate's degree from an accredited Health Information Technology program required. + RHIT or RHIA by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) OR certificate eligible candidates must obtain RHIA or RHIT within 6 months from date of hire. + Experience working with Medical Records. + Ability to work onsite M - F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible start and end times available). + Strong communication and time management skills. **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** + Experience working with physician incomplete and delinquent monitoring and reporting. + Experience with medical records analysis. **What We Offer** **:** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
