**Company :** Helion **Job Description :** **JOB SUMMARY** The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across Highmark's systems. This role involves analyzing data, developing and implementing data quality controls, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support data-driven decision-making. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Support the organizational efforts related to low to moderately complex data quality of the Analytic Data Platform. + Serve as a liaison between the users of the Analytic Platform and the source system owners when data issues are discovered. + Work with data owners to establish, maintain, and distribute definitions meaningful metrics for identifying and reporting on data anomalies. + Other duties as assigned **EDUCATION** **Required** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics or Management Information Systems **Substitutions** + 6 years progressive and relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor degree **Preferred** + None **EXPERIENCE** **Required** + 3 - 5 years in Data Quality or Data Analytics **Preferred** + 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare Industry + 1 - 3 years in Data Warehousing + 1 - 3 years in Database Administration **LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS** **Required** + None **Preferred** + Data Quality Certification (DQC) **SKILLS** + Microsoft Office + Analytical Skills + Oral & Written Communication Skills **Language (Other than English)** None **Travel Required** 0% - 25% **PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS and WORKING CONDITIONS** **Position Type** Office-Based Teaches / trains others regularly Occasionally Travel regularly from the office to various work sites or from site-to-site Rarely Works primarily out-of-the office selling products/services (sales employees) Never Physical work site required Yes Lifting: up to 10 pounds Constantly Lifting: 10 to 25 pounds Rarely Lifting: 25 to 50 pounds Never **_Disclaimer:_** _The job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
