- Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and train front of house staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Assist in developing and implementing service standards and training programs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
- Maintain inventory and supplies for front of house operations.
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Wine knowledge
