We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent

Oxford, Alabama Area | Industrial & Commercial Projects

With a solid backlog of projects and long-term client relationships, the company is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful projects across the region.This is a field leadership role for a superintendent who takes pride in running organized job sites, building strong subcontractor relationships, and delivering projects safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Maintain safety standards and job site organization
• Review drawings and ensure quality field execution
• Communicate with project managers and leadership
• Support project planning and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced commercial or industrial construction superintendent
• Strong field leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and active job sites
• Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed

Because the company performs government and institutional work, candidates must have:

• Clean background
• Clean MVR

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$45 per hour with overtime
• work 3-weeks in field and 1-weekend home
• Performance bonus (awarded annually)
