Stonestar Health is currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist part -time or full-time. We are currently searching for candidates who are caring for the area and is looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Your expertise in massage therapy and customer healing/relaxation will make you an important part of our team. Our staff will book your appointments, and you will be provided with all the supplies you need to be extremely successful!
Job Responsibilities:
· Design specific sessions based on the client's individual needs
· Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy regularly
· Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
· Generate new clientele through kindness and understanding of their needs
· Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Requirements:Additional Responsibilities & Expectations:- Arrive on time for each scheduled shift and appointment, performing all services within the appropriate time allotted.
- Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to support the needs of the spa.
- Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to assist with cost control.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all services and retail products, confidently educating guests when appropriate.
- Actively promote home care programs and work toward meeting established retail sales goals.
- Uphold all sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies.
- Perform preparation work and properly clean and restock treatment areas as required.
- Communicate any staff or guest concerns to management promptly and professionally.
- Actively promote spa treatments, services, memberships, retail products, promotions, and special programs.
- Handle guest questions and concerns courteously and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
- Regularly attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Job Type: Full-Time or Part Time
Pay: $40.00–$50.00 per hour
