Contract Receptionist

Description Job Description: We are seeking a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented Receptionist for a temporary 2-month contract role in Tuscaloosa, AL. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment while providing administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual looking to showcase their skills in a fast-paced office setting. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate contacts or departments efficiently. + Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. + Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized at all times. + Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. + Operate office equipment, such as copiers, printers, and phone systems. + Maintain and manage office supplies inventory; order as needed. + Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as requested. + Provide support to other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: + Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor and appearance. + Ability to quickly adapt and work effectively in a dynamic office environment.
