About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead operations at a polished, seasonally inspired restaurant in Moosic, Pennsylvania . This concept emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients, craft cocktails, and an elevated guest experience in a warm, modern setting.

The General Manager will play a critical leadership role—driving revenue, managing costs, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. This is a hands-on position ideal for a leader who thrives in a busy, chef-driven environment and takes pride in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 60+ front and back-of-house employees to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations including service execution, labor management, inventory, and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and develop team members with a focus on retention and career growth.
• Monitor P&L statements, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Maintain brand standards in service, cleanliness, food quality, and presentation.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal menu rollouts, events, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Foster strong community relationships and uphold a culture of genuine hospitality and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience in an upscale casual or full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Passion for food, wine, and guest experience.
• Proficiency with restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, and inventory platforms).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
