Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Process new business applications and manage policy renewals efficiently.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer the best solutions.
RequirementsActive Alabama Property & Casualty License.
Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A client-first approach with a knack for understanding individual needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
A proactive and organized work ethic.
